We know you wanted your final candidates yesterday, and we respect that. Since every search is unique and has a life of its own, the overall length of a search is often difficult to pinpoint:
- – Our firm’s partners make the initial contact and conduct personal interviews, so we’re thorough and have the best ability to attract great candidates for your company.
- – We work with urgency, but we don’t “short-cut” the process. Taking the time to conduct a thorough search will yield the best results for your company.
- – In general our clients should be meeting with and interviewing a panel of candidates within approximately 1-2 weeks. The time of the year can affect the search duration; i.e. winter holidays, spring break, summer travel etc.
