Areas of responsibility involved would include:

Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct     recruiting.​

Meeting with candidates and learning about their skills and goals.​

Consulting with candidates on their career options.​

Arranging interviews

Compiling candidate references.​

Marketing top candidates to clients

Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.​

This position will pay a base salary with an excellent commission package, or a straight commission package can also be negotiated.​
